Whenever former Bulldog great David Pollack returns to the Classic City, you can be sure of one thing: he's got something to say and he wants you to hear it. During a promotional visit to the Georgia Federal Credit Union on Lumpkin Street Tuesday, the former Georgia defensive end chatted with fans and students about everything from fantasy football to his involvement with the GFCU. "I joined the Georgia Federal Credit Union today … I didn't know about it when I was a student here," Pollack said. "You can do a lot of good things with the Georgia Federal Credit Union, and that's why I'm here."
Aside from providing financial advice, Pollack spent the afternoon posing with fans for numerous photo ops, proving to be a perfect opportunity to show off his keen fashion sense. Apparently the Shiloh graduate has a specific requirement when it comes to his attire synchronization. "I gotta match my shirt and shoes, man," Pollack said. All fashion tips aside, Pollack had no problem sharing his opinion on the 2009 Bulldog football team and what his expectations are for the upcoming season.
