Financial
Institution Data Match Program (FIDM) |
| |
CSI provides
a member match for the Financial Institution Data Match Program.
Financial institutions are required to check their customer/member
databases quarterly for individuals on the state's delinquent
child support list and report any matches back to the State.
CSI can save credit unions the time and effort of running the
match (the state's file contains over 1 million names), formatting
the file and transmitting it back to the state. |
 |
OFAC |
| |
CSI
offers assistance with OFAC compliance. The Office of Foreign
Assets Control is a division of the U.S. Treasury Department.
OFAC requires all financial institutions to block financial
transactions involving known terrorists and terrorist organizations/countries.
OFAC frequently updates its list of terrorists and every time
it does, financial institutions are required to check their
customer/member databases for any matches. If there is a match
or possible match, the account holder must report it to OFAC
and block any financial transactions involving the terrorist
or terrorist organization/country. CSI will perform the match
for the credit union and report any possible suspects to the
credit union. |

Patriot
Guard |
| |
CSI has
entered into an agreement with Fidelity National Information Systems, Inc. (formerly Certegy Card Services) to promote their Patriot
Guard program. This program will assist credit unions in complying
with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act.
Fidelity National Information Systems, Inc. developed a program with special pricing for Georgia credit
unions that reduces the initial fee for small and medium size
credit unions to enroll in their program. Patriot Guard is
a very comprehensive solution for compliance with the USA
Patriot Act. |

Project
ZIP Code |
| |
While it
is not a requirement for credit unions, CSI will run CUNA's
Project ZIP Code Program (PZC) for them. PZC helps credit unions
more effectively lobby legislatures on issues important to credit
unions. |
