Associated Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated, high energy, experienced individual to join our IT team in a network administration role. This individual should be proactive and forward thinking, always seeking new and improved ways of doing what we do. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a network administration role. Versatility and a strong work ethic are a must.
The ideal candidate should have the following technical skills:
- Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory administration (experience in multi-site environments is a plus)
- Exchange 2007/2010 administration experience
- Experience with storage management in a SAN environment (experience with EMC SANs is a plus)
- Data backup and recovery experience (Experience with Unitrends is a plus)
- Experience with general server administration (file and print, application servers) in a Windows 2003/2008 environment containing multiple servers
- VMWare ESXi administration experience
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Basic Cisco routing and switching experience
- Strong comfort level with Windows 7 operating system
- Strong understanding of network security best practices (group policy, patch management, anti-virus management)
- Server hardware administration (monitoring, firmware updates, etc.)
The following technical skills would be considered a definite plus:
- Industry certifications from any of the following vendors: Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, EMC, VMWare
- Experience administering Citrix Xenapp and/or XenDesktop environments
- Experience administering Cisco UCS server environments
- Experience with Cisco Ironport or other email spam/virus filtering technologies
- Advanced Cisco routing and switching administration including wireless
- Experience in co-location environments
- Any advanced network security skills and/or certifications
- Microsoft SQL Experience

Member Service Representative
Tucker, GA
Hours: Availability - Monday – Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
Job Description: Provide service to new and existing members via the phone and in person. Evaluate member’s financial needs, recommend services and open accounts. Cross sell, open and service all types of member services including checking, IRA's, Certificates, Bill pay, Web Acct Access, VISA debit cards, ATM cards, Loans, Visa credit cards, Home Equity loans, Mortgages, etc. Assist members with account transactions and inquiries.
Background: High school graduate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience as a teller or member service representative in a financial institution. Strong written and verbal communication skills desired. Office experience desired to include accounting, typing, computer and software skills. The Credit Union is looking for an individual with the following traits: professional, pleasant, friendly, outgoing personality, organized, accurate, analytical and dependable.
