Early Bird registration (by April 2): $399 per person
Regular registration (after April 2): $499 per person
Golf: $175 per person

Companions:
Full companion program: $225
Sightseeing tour only: $70

Room Cancellation Policy
Hotel policy requires a two-night deposit at the time of room reservation. If your reservation is cancelled after April 6th with no substitution, you will forfeit your room deposit. Guests who check out early (prior to the reserved check-out date) will be assessed one full night's room charge, plus applicable taxes.

Refunds will be issued in full until April 24th. After April 24th, refunds will be made less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations made after April 29th. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
